Psychotherapy in South London - Dominique Girardini
I am an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and I abide by its Ethical Framework for Good Practice. I am fully insured.
I offer one-to-one counselling and therapy for adult individuals, both on a long and short-term base.
In order to make counselling more accessible, I have chosen to base my practice at home, which enables me to keep my costs, and hence my fees, to a minimum.
- £45 - £55 for a 60 mins session, to be determined according to your financial means
Concessions may be available for low-earners.
The Initial Session
In the initial session we will be assessing your needs and we will be making sure that the therapeutic context I offer is suitable for you and that we can build a working-relationship.
What happens next?
If we decide to work together, I will ask you to commit to a minimum of 6 sessions, at the end of which we will conduct a review and determine whether we want to work on an open-ended long-term or short-term base.
Sessions usually run weekly or if need be twice-weekly. We sometimes can opt – especially towards the end of the process - to meet fortnightly.
I also offer Skype and telephone counselling.
